Please find me someone who has been creating AJAX applications fo 10 years or even 5 for that matter. lol it's quite funny but can be frustrating when seeking employment. You are so right. Let me tell you, some of the contractors who ended up being hired for these positions positions made me scratch my head and ponder how in the world they got the job.
